bbin娱乐平台 机器人 Team Represented at MA 茎周 Kickoff Event
周一, 10月16日, Boston University Academy’s robotics team, the Lobstah Bots, represented bbin娱乐平台 at the MA 茎周 Kickoff event hosted by Boston University at the Center for Computing & Data Sciences. The event featured 讲话 by Massachusetts Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll; Massachusetts Secretary of Education Dr. Patrick Tutwiler; 和 Boston University Provost ad interim Dr. Kenneth Lutchen.
At the kickoff event, the bbin娱乐平台 robotics team demonstrated one of their robots as part of the 阀杆 exhibits on display, 和 also met with New Engl和 FIRST robotics director Michael Fantom 和 a reporter from WBZ radio. Says Lobstah Bots team captain George Baltus ’24, “We were really happy for the opportunity to attend the event 和 continue to find more new ways to contribute to our Boston community!”
A collaboration of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Education 和 the 阀杆 Advisory Council, 茎周 is an annual statewide effort to boost the interest, 意识, 和 ability of all learners to make the most of 阀杆 opportunities.
